Opaque - cannot see a bright light thru bottle
Slightly over-carbonated for a stout
Not tasting the hoped for coffee & whisky
It is still vey young so will leave bottles until Christmas

Double yeast was used in fermentation
Despite 1.018 for 6 days there was obviously much yeast awaiting sugar
Normal priming for a stout
Not quite bottle bomb but blows a rubber stopper out of bottle even when half empty
Over carbonated for a stout but now much tastier

Bit of a slow gusher so care needed when opening & when drinking
I really like this flavour & mouthfeel |
