After two weeks of fermentation, poured entire demijon into measuring jug lined with mesh bag. Volume seemed to be have the demijon so ~2.25l. Boiled water and added 283g of caster sugar to 1 litre of water.
New gravity reading of 1.020
Rose using the elderberries: Most of the berries stayed in the demijon in which i added 350g of sugar and 2.25litres of water. Plan is to add another 150g of sugar when racking off
