15 gal of water
batch 1 is a blonde fermented with Kolsch and bittered to 30 ibu.
5 gallons will be pulled
batch 2 will be fo and wp hopped with denali, centenial and cascade fermented with east coast ale yeast. 4 gallons pulled


The Pale did not last.

The attached picture is that of the Kolsch. I lagered it for several months before tapping the keg. It is probably the best beer I have ever brewed. Super clean. Hint of fruit and vanilla from the Denali maybe?
