Keep your mash water in the 154-55 degree range, use a clean american ale yeast.
Bittering addition should be around 20IBU (just use a high alpha variety)
30 minute addition of Centennial with about 25IBU
and then do about .2# per gallon in whirlpool of centennial. Dry hop with centennial at about .65# per gallon.
That should get you pretty close or at least an approximation.
