Make sure to aerate well before pitching yeast.

Optional addition. Add 7.5 mL of Vanilla infused Whiskey per 12oz to add a wonderful warming note.

2nd time brewing we got an OG - 1.110. Had to add back a gallon of filtered water to get it to 1.090.
