Notes

Roast 8oz Chopped Pecans at 275F for 15 minutes. Place in paper bag for a few days (I did overnight since I didn't think in advance)

Soak 4 oz chopped pecans in vodka - just enough to cover pecans. Use this tincture at kegging/bottling time.

Mash grains and Roasted Pecans for 60 minutes.

1/2 oz Mt Hood hops @ 60 mins
1/2 oz Mt Hood hops @ 30 mins
