Notes

-Sprinkle pumpkin with brown sugar and roast at 190°C until soft, remove skin and store in fridge in covered bowl for 3-4 days.
-lightly boil for 45 minutes in 1l of water, add spices for last 15 minutes.
-Add this mixture to wort boil for last 15 minutes.
