Notes

Adjusting an Am wheat recipe from "Nu Home Brew & Bottles" I found on Brewer's Friend - little more hops and going with Sorachi Ace only for the super citrus/lemon influence; targeting 5% ABV and as light as I can get but still have some grain body.
Later...
Too much Sorachi Ace - this hop can be really strong lemon/lemon peel; should have balanced with something like my Semper fIPA.
