Notes

Heat water to 158 F and steep grains for 30 min. Turn off heat and add liquid extract. Stir thoroughly to prevent burning. Turn heat on, bring to boiling and add hops.
Chill to 64 F and pitch yeast. Ferment for two weeks.
Rack, prime and bottle.
