Notes

Basically shooting for a session beer somewhere between an American Light Lager, Cream Ale, and American Wheat. Figure with the beta glucans you get from the rye (or could use wheat, too, for something similar), it can take 50% flaked corn and not thin out too much. If want to be closer to light lager, can drop the Idaho 7 hops and just go noble, but I want a bit of fruit and citrus with the floral and spice from the Tettnang and Crystal.
