Notes

Steeping Carapils and Crystal - 2 gallons is brought to 155 and heat turned off. Grains are steeped for 25 minutes. 1 gallon H20 is added.

2 gallons of wort are brought to a rolling boil - DME is added. And .5oz hops are added for 60 minutes. At the 55 minute mark .5 oz of hops are added again. Wort is brought to 80 in ice bath and Safeale US05 is added.
