If brew on Saturday then......
Tuesday-Dry hop #1 after 3 days into fermentation. Let Dry Hop #1 sit for 3 days. Pull out and add Dry Hop #2

Thursday- Dry Hop #2 (2oz of Galaxy). Let sit for 3 days and pull out and let continue fermentation until it is ready.
