Notes

I used a can of Oregon Fruit Puree's Dark Sweet Cherries. Empty can into the sanitized secondary fermentor, then rack beer on top. Cherries added about another .5% ABV to the overall beer to bring the beer over 6% total ABV, though that is not reflected in the above recipe calculations so keep in mind when crafting your recipe!
