Notes

Came out one of the best tasting beers so far.

The dry hopping went great.

yeast activity was intense for the first 3 days and slowly waned. And ABV turned out to be 9.5% (based on the specific gravity measurements) and felt while drinking as well.

Will brew another with Nelson Sauvin Hops.
