repurposing snow delay into a caramel delite idea? the chocolate and toasted coconut i think will work but the caramel might require some more thought and research. will be good either way.

or could just do the coconut stout.

=======================
Update 1/1/19 : changed grain bill slightly as I only had 9.25 lb 2 row on hand , will make up for it with dme. Also just realized I've probably been using too little water. Usually 1:1. Using more water this time. Recommended 1.25 to 1.5 so I'm in with 1.34. Hopefully I can fit that...

update 12/7/18 : modified original "rain delay" recipe for this one, adding oats for body and more malt to boost up to hopefully around 8%. should be noted that rain delay came out more like a stout than a porter. now we will officially call it stout.
bumping up hop additions to better match the malt bill changes. swapping out for warrior on bittering hops so i dont end up with leftover northern brewer. could age some on bourbon oak.

toast the coconut until golden brown about 40 minutes
https://www.homebrewersassociation.org/homebrew-recipe/lab-coconut-porter/

this recipe says to add to secondary but also says to add around pitch time...>? i would probably add 5 days before kegging.
