I used my tap water, wich is mineral rich, and is pretty good according to this guide: https://learningtohomebrew.com/the-best-water-profile-for-ipa-beer/ I didn't measure the pH, and didn't adjust it in any way. Of course you could adjust these parameters to your needs! |
