Notes

ヘイジーは個人的に好みのオレンジジューシーなHAZYを目指して、シトラー・モザイク・シムコーの王道ホップに、オーツ麦と小麦でまったりとしたマウスフィールにしました。ラクトースは少しわざとらしい甘みになるという偏見があるので、代わりにデキストリンモルトで甘みを出し、最後にIBU55の苦味で〆る感じの味わいを目指しました。
