Notes

Use enough starter tea to get the pH to 4 to 4.5. Use Test Batch to determine how much this should be. Then fill to desired amount.
Example: 1c/7oz of sugar and 2 large tea bags go into 1 gallon of kombucha. The amount of relative starter tea is depended upon pH. Make sure the starter tea is stirred up to inoculate.
