Notes

Based on Homebrew Recipe Bible "Ice Fishing Ale" Cream Ale.

Make starter 2 days prior, using 4oz light DME boiled for 15 mins in 1000mL spring water. Chill to 70F and pitch yeast, aerate using stir plate.
