Notes

Brewed on 06/02/22. Followed recipe from previous Weissdorner Weiss recipe, no changes. Problem with malt mill required me to widen gap to process grain, hence the slightly lower efficiency. Fermentation at 62 F, max temp 66 F. Racked to keg 06/16/22; gravity 1.010.
