Dissapointed in both batches. Both have a yeasty taste likely due to elevated fermentation conditions ???
The 2 dry hopping steps did not produce any significant fruityness not essence.
Next time try a 18-20C clean fermentation with regular hops (Azacca, zythos, El Dorado, etc...) |
