Notes

Accidentally put in 2 cups of honey. However, the gravity was measured at 1.140!!! Had to remove roughly 40% of the volume and dilute with water to drop the OG to 1.083. Recipe mixed on 07/31/2022. Happy Lughnasa, and here's looking forward to drinking this at Yule.
