So the mulberry juice had a SG of 1.034. and the mixed blackberry/mulberry juice combined was the same. I added the tea and all of the solids to the 1G fermenter, along with the solids (leaves & berries) and 1 crushed campden tablet. I will edit this with the +honey OG when I pitch tomorrow.
Update: Did open fermentation in a 1 gallon fermentor. The must overflowed a bit. |

Cleaned up the overflow, took out (some of) the fruit and (all of) the mulberry leaves, and put on an airlock. We're down to abt 3.5 quarts now.
Hall's equation puts this at just under 6% abv. Tastes a lot like Manischewitz rn. |

Tastes like a very good liqueur. Lot's of fruit flavor. Great mouthfeel. Hall's Equation puts us at 19.9% ABV. |
