Notes

Fucked up. got 2.2 gals. Not sure what happened. Diluted back up to just below 3gal but OG is around 1.038

after 4 days FG is 1.011.

3.54% ABV

This is assuming my -3 hydrometer is correct as actual readings were 1.041 and 1.014 (also 3.54%)

Its got that same lingering aftertaste that is sweet that ive been not a fan off before. Its got to be the crystal. And this yeast, im not sure im a fan which is weird because Landlord is fantastic.
