Notes

Mashed at ? degrees for an extended time while I was brewing other things.

Brewed 5/29/2022
At brewing, color was lighter than I expected, but to be honest it was a guess.
OG hit right as the calculated amount 1.035
Kegged on 6/9/2022
FG was actually lower than what calculation said
planned 1.007, achieved 1.002 resulting in an attenuation of 95% with this yeast and process.

Didn't know what to expect from this yeast, but the descriptor is that aroma is clove, pepper, and fruit notes, which I get.

Doing a second brew on 8/6/2022 using Savinjski Golding hops.
(IBU of 2.3 AA)

Second Time Brewing:
OG: 1.033
FG: 1.004
ABV = 3.8,
The same yeast was used, but had a slightly different efficiency, a little lower.
I used savinjdski Golding hops for that one, to hit the same IBU.
