Closed transfer from conditioning keg, through the 5m filter, to the service keg. Beer was very clear, smelled very citrusy, and a little carbonated. Tap was connected and taste test was excellent. I had half a glass, and went back for another half a glass, wishing it wasn't Thursday night after 9pm because I could of had another 2 glasses of this beer.
Increased the PSI on CO2 to 25 to force carb.
Trying to get it ready for Dev and Shawn who visit this Sunday. |
