My Tilt Hydrometer leaked and will need to pour this beer out. It did have a weird, off flavor and smell - sort of cheesy. Not sure if this was due to the leaking Tilt or to something else. |

After brewing this beer, I would cut back a bit on the Crystal malt and use better mix of hops. This was sort of cleaning out my older hops. The older hops may well have left the flat off taste I was getting. |
