Add Whirlpool hops to kettle at 185 degrees for 20 minutes.

Brewed Memorial Day Weekend and in honor of those who have served.

After brewing this beer, I would cut back a bit on the Crystal malt and use better mix of hops. This was sort of cleaning out my older hops. The older hops may well have left the flat off taste I was getting.
