Notes

Place extract in hot water for 20 minutes. Chop 5 habanero chilies. Bring 3 litres of water to a boil, add sugar, DME and the habaneros. Boil for a couple of minutes. Transfer to fermentor. Add liquid extract. Stir. Fill up with cold tap water (total 20,5 l). Stir again, and oxygenate. Pitch yeast / kveik slurry. Add dry hops and passionfruit puree on day 2.
