Notes

Goal here is to be a refreshing citrusy summer crusher.

  • Malt body reflects a focus on drinkability with Golden Promise and Pils being featured. Recognize the pils is a contentious one so open to feedback there.

  • Little bit of body / mouthfeel with some Munich Malt

    -Hop Schedule starts with your First wort simcoe trick. Fire.

  • Basically wanted to do the core cali hops as the boil hops here, centenial, cascade maybe some Chinook or Cirta? Open to feedback on the boil and time schedule.

    -Thought a focus on citra and lemondrop as aroma hops would give it a rad shandy vibe.

  • Corner stone hop here is the Mandaria Bavaria. Maybe we add some in the boil or whirlpool? Def down for a dry hop as well.

    -WLP 001 because reasons.

    Looking for an ABV around 5.5%. Basically sub 6%.
