Mashed 68 1 hour stepped to 73 20 mins
Wort was nice n clear at end of mash.
Forgot salts added them at start of boil. |

Couldn't read gravity no hydrometer.
Boil was 30 mins
Took 1.5 RWS.

Added 50g ginger at start of boil along with salts no acid used this brew see if any difference?
Looked like some good break in RWS sample. |

No Chill overnight in kettle.
Put ginger in bag 220g pre grated it weighed.
Added 17 lemon Myrtle leaves and 1 kafir lime leaf along with grated ginger to bag clipped by string to side of kettle so it would hang in brew. |

Not sure on final gravity no hydrometer.
Had quite a bit of spund pressure I hope no wild fermentation in this on ahhh.
But got all the transfer done under own build ip pressure. |
