Notes
  1. Steep fermentable at 155 degrees for 60 minutes.

  2. Bring to a boil and add 1oz Columbus hops with 1oz coriander seed. Add Pilsen extract at start of boil.

  3. Add Admiral hops @45 minute mark and boil for 10 minutes

  4. Add Whirlfoc tablet @55 minutes and boil for 5 minutes.

  5. Stop boil @60 minutes. Add 2oz Admiral Hops and stir with sanitized spoon for 10 minutes.

  6. Crash in ice and transfer to carboy once @75F.

  7. Add 1 Jalapeno per gallon without seeds or stems to carboy (primary).

  8. Add 2oz of Azaca hops on day 2 of fermentation.

  9. After primary fermentation (1 week), rack to secondary and add 5lb of mango and 2oz of grapefruit peel. (2 weeks)
