Noticed kettle valve was open during sparge and a decent amount of wort running on the floor out the garage door. Not sure how much wort was lost. |

Added ~2.5 lb. LDME to account for some lost wort.
Added 28 ml. of lactict acid to bring pH down to 4.1.
Pitched 5 capsules (50 billion cells total).
Put in chest freezer w/ carboy heater and set temp control to 85 deg. F. |

Very pleasant considering all the issues. Nice, mild tartness at a pH of 3.4. I think it will be very approachable for non-sour drinkers.
Lauren even said it was nice.
Next time maybe up the coriander just a bit or crush it more thoroughly. Or use fresher coriander?
Fruiting would be very nice as well. |
