I think the grain was not crushed to the usual BIAB setting at Windsor. There seemed to be much less fine ground flour than usual. Cain at Windsor was injured and flustered |

Good color, approximately 5 SRM, somewhat cloudy.
Aroma hints at citrus.
Flavor seems good, finishes dry.
Fermentation is complete, so the beer is ready for an addition of tangerine infused vodka. |

After more than 24 hours of soaking tangerine zest in vodka, strained out the zest and added 2+ ounces of tangerine infused vodka into the fermenter. |

Due to equipment issues, specifically a sticky bottling wand (because I installed the directional spring in the wrong direction), I was not able to collect a representative sample prior to bottling. However, this was the clearest beer ever going into the bottles, likely a result of using Irish moss. |
