Poor conversion: target gravity of 1065 not reached, closer to 1045. Not sure why.
OG stuck at 1025 for afewd ays. Did a yeast dump and cleaned fermenter before returning wort.,
fermentation picked up again at 27C.
OG down to 1010.
Kegged on 03 05 22. Not primed.
