Notes

Based on Thomas coopers the innkeepers daughter. Trying for a bit more body in the beer than I got with the base tin and 1.5 kg of DME. (Use the coopers sparkling tin).

1.5KG DME. Using 1kg of ultra boost to get numbers back up. Maltodextrin should help mouthful compared to prior recipe.

Prob use harvested yeast this time. Ferment at 18c or19c I think this time too.

Hops is already in tin of coopers.

Use the dry coopers yeast this time as doing a quick brew.
