Notes

Mash at 150 for 60 minutes.

Chill wort to approx 160 deg and use a pump to whirlpool for 30 min adding in majority of the hops.

Fermented @ 85 degrees in temp controlled conical, keeping constant temperature.

Recommend using a blow-off tube for the Kviek yeasts.

Primary activity done after 2 days. Terminal gravity reached on day 4, final gravity 1.01.

Remove blow off tube and put Co2 on fermenter. Dry hop @ day 5 after dropping the temperature to low 60s.
