add sorbic acid to mash with salts
mash temp 154F to drop at 148F ideal mash temp
Hopstand - 20min at 175 ish F with at least 2-3 Oz of Hops
Dry Hops no more then 3 days, remove old hops when adding new ones
Bottle before it's finish is ok but pull down on priming sugar
