Mashed in with 3.125gal at 168, preheated mash tun with hot tap. Hit mash temp right on, 150 - 152. |

Tastes pretty good. The first couple days before being completely carbonated, it was even better. Slightly hoppier. Now, it is less hoppy, but has great mouthfeel for being so "lite," and has a mild bready malt flavor. Refreshing and light, served extra cold. This yeast really does have a slight lager flavor. |
