Final beer was pretty stale. I dry hopped it in the keg and the beer line got clogged. I racked it into another keg. The beer was way too strong, stale, and gross so I dumped it.
I think the overnight mash dropped to such a low temperature that I extracted too much fermentable sugars and it fermented way more than planned. |
