Notes

2lb D-180 and 1lb D-90 Candi Syrup. Did 2lb of turbinado and no molasses in this batch. 3g yeast supplement.

Starter - 4L starter, shooting for 1.036, two packets of Omega French Saison, on stir plate at room temp from 24 hours. Chill, decant, pour into fermenter.

Pitched the yeast at 65, then went up one degree per day for the first 5 days, and let free rise.
