Notes

I'm not usually an APA/IPA guy, but hop forward beers are my wife's preference. I wanted to find an APA recipe that we could both enjoy that didn't require dry hopping.

I decreased the munich malt. I subbed Biscuit for victory (and decreased the amount based on comments I found that online that1-3% of biscuit was great, but it was easy to go overboard with it.

Based on what I had on hand, went with Magnum/Centennial/amarillo
