Notes

Start with 8 gallons of water @ 155 degrees. Target strike water temperature is 153 for 75 minutes. Then raise temperature to 170 for 10 minutes. Remove bag and squeeze thoroughly. Boil is 60 minutes. Hop additions as per recipe.
