Notes

Start with distilled water and build a low mineral count. Full bodied, smooth, and well carbonated. Dark brown, but definite clear red highlights with a rich malt accent with notes of biscuit and an intense caramel aroma.
The Jasper yeast is great at a slow three week 50 degree fermentation and leaves behind a subtle malty sweetness.
Lager for 30 days.
