Won Honorable Mention in the St. Louis Brews 30th Annual Happy Holiday Homebrew Competition 12/11/2021

This all grain version was allowed to ferment for 3 weeks at which point it rose to 8.2% ABV and became a Belgian Tripel. This recipe won first place in the Shriners International Imperial Session Home Brew competition in July 2022 in Minneapolis MN.
