Original Recipe Notes:

Changed hop addition order and times...added a few pounds 2 row to adjust for efficiency, set mash temp lower to get rid of some of the sweetness.

Similiar version took 2nd place (Specialty Category) at the 2013 Best Florida Beer Championships.

My Notes and Alterations:

  1. Having to substitute Cascade hops for Vanguard due to lack of availability.

  2. Recipe requires English style yeast, so will use yeast starter harvested from WL002.
