Notes

Dry hop with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy during high krausen.

When kegging, I use a bag stronger than cheesecloth, and add 4 chopped jalapenos (seeds give it the heat, adjust based on how hot your peppers are or how hot you want it). Also add 1 chopped pineapple, and 2 chopped mango. Could probably substitute with pineapple/mango juice. Keg also gets keg-dry-hop of Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy.

This has turned out really well.
