Cold crash to 3C started on 8th Dec
When it got to 3C the headspace top pressure reduced to 25PSi.
I topped it up to 32PSi and then let it continue at 3C.
I’ll check on it again tomorrow and repeat if necessary.
The aim is to get it carbonated in the fermzilla and then reduce headspace PSi to about 10 so I can can it from the vessel (potentially!) |

Testing initial wort gravity using Brix hydrometer. Glass hydrometer reading at 1025 but that's at 75C. I'll do further comparisons the it's closer to 20C and also after the boil.
Edit: glass hydrometer reading 1044 when temp is at 25C
I'm planning on using the black iSpindel with this brew and fermenting under pressure of 20Psi |

Using magnets to hang the t-bags inside the vessel.
Aiming for complete closed transfer with this brew.
No CO2 at any point as soon as the lid is sealed.
40 g Sabro (Pellet) on day 1
40 g Citra (Pellet) on day 1
60 g Sabro (Pellet) on day 2
20 g Citra (Pellet) on day 2

airlock was bubbling away at 25PSi on the sounding valve so I increased to around 30-32 after dry hopping. Will check on it later this evening when doing the second dry hop and see what the Psi is at. Temp is sitting nicely at 25C |

1 x 19l corny keg
11 x 330 ml cans seamed straight from fermenter.
FG coming in at 1.010 on the glass hydrometer.
middling carb. Will put it on a top pressure of 20PsI for 2 days and see if there's any change. |

Empty 330 ml can = 14.1g
Full (H20) 330 ml can = 350g
