1° A los 30 min de macerado Tomar 1/4 del mash, llevar a ebullicion por 15 min y volver a incorporar. La temperatura se deberia elevar a 70°

2° Dejar 30 min a 70°, tomar 1/3 del mash y llevar a ebullicion.
Incorporar al macerado, la temp se deberia elevar a 76°(mash out) por 10 min
