Notes

This is my 7th iteration of this brew.

Brewed on Feb 7th for a quick hit beer
Steeped grains with 2 gal H2O. Sparged with 2 gals 174º H2O.
Added 3 gals H2O to boil. (oops added a gallon too much).
Brought to boil and added hops and adjuncts per schedule
Chilled with wort chiller.
Pitched yeast at 74.3º
O.G reading is 1.052
Fermented at 70º
2-19-2022
Racked to second carboy and kegrowler. (I was traveling or would have done this sooner).
S.G. 1.009
Moved to 60º storage
March 2, 2022
Bottled 32 pints, 2 quarts and 2 -12 oz and the Kegrowler.
with 4.5 oz of corn sugar

Again a winner recipe with fabulous remarks from all who shared.
April 25, 2022 a few bottles left to tied me over until Bock is ready.
