Notes

Flaked rice was equal amount of jasmine rice, cereal mashed with 1.5L of water. A big handful of milled grist added to cereal mash prior to adding the rice mash into the main mash after dough in. 1.5L deducted from strike water.

Hop hash emulsified in 50ml of 91% ethanol.
